I didn’t receive a confirmation email – what should I do?
Confirmation emails are usually sent within a few minutes. If you haven’t received one:
- Check your Spam or Promotions folder
- Ensure your email address was entered correctly
- Contact us at contact@aromael.com and we’ll manually resend your confirmation
Will I be charged any additional fees?
No hidden charges. The price you see at checkout includes all applicable taxes.
Why was my payment declined?
This may be due to incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or restrictions from your bank. We recommend contacting your card provider or trying a different payment method.
Can I change or modify my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or edited once placed. If you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll try to assist you before the order is processed. Once an order is being prepared or shipped, changes are no longer possible.
How do I request a return?
Email us at contact@aromael.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable). We’ll review your request and provide detailed return instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization – unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once your returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–14 business days to your original payment method.
What happens if my package doesn’t arrive?
If your item hasn’t arrived within 90 days, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us and we’ll make it right.
